Funeral flowers

If the person who walked away with flowers we delivered to Portchester Crematorium yesterday for a service which was taking place at 11.15 (less than an hour after we delivered to its allotted area) is reading this, please come and see me to explain 𝐰𝐡𝐲 you would do such a thing? ⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I've seen all sorts in my years doing this job, including other shops who have swapped cards over because they thought the tribute they'd made wasn't as good (which is why I now photograph everything) but to walk away with something you 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 paid for 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 the funeral has even taken place is just the 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐰. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣My poor elderly lady turned up to find some 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 had helped themselves to flowers she was sending and had paid for; the 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 she can ever buy for her loved one.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣The photo's are of the tribute in question; if it's currently sitting on your dinner table, in your garden or you've re-used it to place on someone's else's grave then shame on you, or whomever has given it to you. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I don't think I have ever been more disgusted. Despicable behaviour.
